Hello, my name is Simon Frankel, 

I'm an artist motivated by the ability to express oneself and convey stories. My work originates from an appreciation for human emotions and understanding why things are the way they are.  My areas of expertise include tattooing, illustration, and graphic design. I combine conventional and modern methods to produce works that are authentic and intimate. Understanding the root of an idea is the first step in my process, regardless of whether it's an original artwork, commissioned project, or custom tattoo. I sketch and refine until the concept feels complete, using inspiration from human emotion, culture, nature, and the complexities of life. Every artwork is a collaboration between the artist and the canvas rather than merely lines on a page or ink on skin. Ideas are transformed into something tangible and permanent.
